About Us

ECO International
was formed as a LLC partnership in November 2007 through the acquisition of Amandi Services Inc. and their assets including Nxtcycle and Envirocycle.

The original founding investors of Envirocycle founded in 1991, today have ownership of Eco International along with other dynamic growth technology companies such as Endicott Interconnect Technologies, with annual revenues in excess of $700 million.

ECO International employs
approximately 165 people with combined operations in excess of 500,000 square feet located through out North America (NAFTA regions).

Eco International
Eco's current NAFTA recycling centers are located at; Vestal NY, Hallstead PA, Rancho Cucamonga CA, Houston TX, and Tijuana, Mexico. We also have registered business licenses to operate in the states of West Virginia, Minnesota, Arizona and Connecticut. Planned future expanded licenses will include: DE, IL, WA, OR, NC, MI and FL supporting our strategic growth plan.

ECO's heritage
is a commitment to recycling innovation and ownership of technology. In 1989/1991 Envirocycle was the first recycler to develop a “CRT” glass to glass solution in collaboration with IBM, Digital Equipment and Corning Glass recycling in excess of 20,000 CRT monitors in early pilot programs. Since the early 1990's Envirocycle/ECO International processed in excess of 3.5 million lbs of CRT glass cullet. Today's current run rate levels are near 60 million/lbs of CRT glass cullet shipped direct to glass furnaces supporting new glass production.

Today,
ECO has leveraged its recycling innovation into other recycling processing objectives using the waste management hierarchy of asset management resale/reuse, dismantle, and commodities management. We handle all various types of electronics while maximizing value for our customers. Our innovation also includes our proprietary IT platform providing the flexibility of tracking and reporting through our various stages of e-waste disposition and end markets.

Most recently,
June 2008, ECO acquired Auction Drop™ Inc. -- a leading online retailer for the liquidation of wholesale surplus and salvage inventory and assets – allowing Eco to grow and efficiently serve our combined customers with resources and technology that offer even more innovative and expanded approaches for the disposition of e-Waste.

Our solutions
offer compelling value propositions to various market segments such as OEM, B2B, B2C and most recently retail market segments offering take back programs for end of life electronics. We are pleased to say we support Staples and Best Buy nationally as their preferred recycling partner.

Our vision
includes investing in new technology, organic growth, and strategic acquisitions and partnerships to achieve our goals and objectives.
